James Burn Alphadoc (Auto)

The Alphadoc is an ergonomically designed punch for any printing environment. It is the best all round performer in its class and is very easy to set up.

The system is controlled from a centrally located keypad where every part of the machine is set. Simple controls allow the quick setting of speed, paper sizes and pick up. By adjusting the pick up beak this versatile punch can handle NCR up to laminated sheets with ease. This system will even punch PVC and Acetate sheets.

The Alphadoc is factory programmed for all standard UK and US paper sizes. It also has the facility to store up to 4 other paper sizes of the customers choice.

The Alphadoc can also handle tabbed paper via the standard tab handling device.

Tool changes take a matter of minutes. The stock is fed, punched and turned over onto a neatly hidden away mobile trolley. The stack can then be removed and wheeled to the finishing system without any effort.

The Alphadoc is so versatile that there are virtually no jobs or stocks that it cannot handle. It is even powered by a standard 13 amp socket, a truly unique feature in this type of heavy duty punch.
