Ideal 5222 Digicut
We recently installed a be-spoke Ideal 5222 Digicut in to a large pharmaceutical company in Warrington, Cheshire.
The customer requirements were quite unique as the machine would be used in a clean & Sterile environment.
Ernie Hurst of the pharmaceutical company said " our requirements are very specific, we need a machine to cut card in a controlled environment but still be clean, efficient and reliable, The Finishing Point where the only guys to quickly come up with a solution that perfectly fitted our space and cleanliness rules".
To get around the problem we fitted the Ideal 5222 Digicut with a stainless steel bed and side tables, this ensured the working table could be cleaned with their current alcohol wash without damage, we also removed the foot treadle as the machine is operated whilst seated, we also raised the keypad so the program could be easily viewed whilst seated.
